We opt for Australia Post and Australia Post International (EMS) to ensure economical and prompt delivery services.

In-person collection

Donor Drive Parts is located in Rhodes, NSW, Australia. Urgent orders can be collected in person by arrangement. Please place your order first, then email help@donordriveparts.com.au with your order number so we can confirm a collection time.

Our commitment is to dispatch orders swiftly, typically within 24-48 business hours. For urgent requirements, please reach out to our customer support to discuss the possibility of same-day dispatch.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please email help@donordriveparts.com.au and we will help with a replacement, refund or carrier claim, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.
