At Donor Drives, we stand behind a straightforward 90-day return guarantee. If your item is defective or no longer required, you can send it back without any hassle.

Please ensure that the returned item is the one originally purchased from us. Upon its arrival, we will issue a refund of the purchase price directly to the original payment method. Please note that shipping/postage costs are not covered in the refund.

We charge a 15% restocking fee for change of mind or incorrect part ordering.
